Quality Inn

The hotel was being renovated and the room we got was very nicely done and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was clean linens. The trash was taken out daily and the beds were done as well. The gentleman working the front desk during the late hours when we checked in was very nice, quick and informative. Breakfast was good and the area was kept clean and kept stocked by the young woman assisting it. Breakfast was cereals, waffles, sausage, muffins, toast. coffee, water and juice. The pool was clean, and the chlorine was a nice level, it was easy to open eyes underwater and clothes did not smell like chlorine like it has in other facilities pools. Cleaning staff was very courteous and quick.

The location and easy access. Staff was very friendly. Room was better than expected. Seemed clean. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was very near the room. Handicap accessible and room was extra spacious. When we arrived earlier than check in time we were offered accommodations until our handicap accessible room was ready. The hallways were quiet and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again.

Breakfast wasn't bad, we expected a little more though. They did fix our hot water issue pretty quickly when we explained it wasn't hot. (Fixed by the time we got back from breakfast). Staff were all very friendly.

sucked there was no breakfast, had to spend extra money to go out to eat to feed 2 hungry boys.. the king bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud after spending 11hours crammed in a car driving from buffalo. loved there was an extra mirror and sink for the boys and my boyfriend to get ready n brush teeth for the wedding we attended while i was able to have my own privacy to get ready in the bathroom greatful the pool was open and the kids werent bored, my parents and most the wedding party paid double price for their rooms almost and stuck in their rooms nothing to do, pool and weight rooms closed do to covid n nothing but complaints, and here i couldnt get my kids out of the pool and even asked the night girl to come kick them out without makin obvious i asked her two and it was bout 2hours later she came and we laughed about it n enjoyed watching our kids swim n play with another group from ohio doing same thing relaxing by pool after a long drive

Everything was very clean! The staff was very nice an helpful. Breakfast was good also.
